I would like to learn about the tier charge for my account Rei88 Watanabe.
The total land parcel possession as of May 10th is 14624 sqm but the outline for my account shows that my tier is US $125.00 dollars.
However the tier must be $75 US dollars for less than 1/4 region, 16384+512 sqm possession, right? Please check this up and let me know when this calculation is going to be applied to my account.

Rei88_Watanabe: the land contributed to my group now does not exist because it was sold, but the charge is still existent.
Rei88_Watanabe: I now have 14624 sqm of land on Mainland, but still the tier fee is described as $125 Us dollars
Molly: when you contribute tier to a group, that contributed tier does not automatically go back to your personal account when the land is sold. You'll need to manually remove the contributed tier from the group under Group Info, then go to your account page at Secondlife.com and move your tier limit down manually if you don't wish to be at that tier level anymore

Rei88_Watanabe: Junko answered that my group contribued land parcels are added and that makes 125 USD
Molly: looking at your land holdings, it looks like you are allowed 66,048 square meters of land, and currently hold 14,536 square meters for billable holdings. So, if you go to the account page at secondlife.com and move your tier level down manually, you should be able to move yourself down to a lower tier level
Molly: and you're correct, with the current amount of land you hold, you can lower your tier down to the $75 limit

Molly: however keep in mind that you are billed for the maximum amount of tier you held in the previous 30 days, so you will still be liable for the maximum amount of land tier used on your next billing date

Molly: yes, that's correct, you can lower your monthly tier by going to the website and manually setting it at a lower rate, due to the fact you don't currently own enough land to be in the $125 tier

Molly: you will still have to manually lower it as the system will not do it automatically for you
